Source a Rare Breed Pig Joint for your Christmas Dinner.

Ask your butcher if he can supply you with some pork with true provenance. Only pigs birth notified from two pedigree registered pigs can produce pedigree pork, named after the breed. If the butcher is unable to do so, go online and buy direct from the pigkeepers themselves.

And dont forget every piece of pork from a named rare breed of pig helps support the breeding of future generations of pigs. We have to “EAT THEM TO KEEP THEM.”

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

John and Carole.
