If you keep your pigs inside give them all the weeds from your garden. Pigs love the variety of vegetation and above all the soil attached to roots of the weeds. Soil has lots of hidden benefits for pigs as after all in nature a pig will have its snout in the ground, searching for food, most of its life! A sod is especially beneficial to piglets, the bacteria in the soil will ensure their gut flora [digestive juices] are fully working and lead to very healthy growing piglets.
